Privacy & data

Your training and nutrition data are personal. We design around minimization, access control, and clear explanations — not around reselling health graphs to advertisers.

Who owns my data?
You own your content. We operate the service and process data to run features, provide support, and improve reliability — as described in our Privacy Policy draft on this page.
Can I delete or export my data?
We intend to provide account deletion and export paths consistent with store and regulatory expectations. Exact flows follow what is shipped in-app and will be documented in Support.
Does PeakGevity sell my health data for ads?
No. We do not run an ads business that monetizes your health logs. Analytics for product quality should use privacy-preserving practices where feasible.
Is my data used to train public AI models?
We do not use your identifiable health logs to train third-party foundation models. If we ever offer an opt-in research program, it would be explicit — not buried.
Is PeakGevity HIPAA compliant?
Consumer wellness apps are generally not HIPAA-covered entities for typical self-directed use. If we launch covered-entity workflows in the future, we will publish a separate compliance posture.
Who can see my photos or videos?
By default, your content is private to your account except where you explicitly share or where support access is required for troubleshooting — described in the Privacy Policy draft.
Do you use my data for ads?
We do not monetize identifiable health logs through advertising networks. Product analytics should be minimized and privacy-preserving where feasible.
