Wearables
Wearables can sharpen context — when they are connected and interpreted carefully. We separate what is integrated today from what is planned so you are never sold a sync we do not deliver.
- Which integrations are supported?
- Support depends on the current release and your device ecosystem. Check in-app connection settings for the live list. Roadmap integrations are labeled as such — not as silently live.
- Can wearable data be wrong?
- Yes. Consumer devices estimate sleep, strain, and recovery. Use them as context alongside how you feel and how you perform — not as a medical instrument.
- Will PeakGevity change my workouts automatically from recovery scores?
- Automation is intentionally careful. If a feature suggests adjustments, it should remain reviewable by you. Nothing replaces listening to your body and your coach or clinician when applicable.
- Does PeakGevity connect to Apple Health?
- When supported for your build, Apple Health integrations appear in connection settings. Until connected, do not assume background sync exists.
- What if two devices disagree?
- That is common. Prefer a consistent primary device for trends, and treat outliers as sensor error or lifestyle noise until a pattern repeats.
